| 1) General Prison Law casework agreed in advance | Typically £1000 for a general type prison law case | |
| 2) Full service representation to include Specialist Advocacy (see below) | Typically between £3500-£5000 depending on distance, complexity, etc. | |
| 3) Specialist Advocacy at the Parole Board as a stand-alone | £1200.00 for the first day plus £600 for each day extra if the case runs into two or more days. | |
| 4) INITIAL ASSESSMENT | £ 150 (Office based assessment – a visit can be arranged at additional cost). |
